Special Saturdays!

This morning was special! In our 6-11 year old group we were working on building strength and balancing skills! Most of the group have been coming to my sessions for at least 6 months and work brilliantly together! Firstly sat quietly and focused on our breath, then we warmed up our bodies so we could move safely. We then enjoyed a sequence of yoga poses but together in a flow! We used a variety of props and music to enhance our practice. Finally we warmed down, enjoyed relaxation and ended out session laying with lavender scented eye pillows! Our next session is Saturday 10th June
