On the first Saturday of 2025 we celebrated by coming together for a family workshop for
6-11 year olds and their parents. We read the story Under the love umbrella, by Davina Bell and discussed who was under our love umbrella. This can be family, friends, pets, neighbours, anyone who we love and trust.
Next we enjoyed a fun and energetic yoga session including balances, stretches, partner and group poses, we even tried some lifts! There was lots of laughter and love in the room!
We ended the practice with gratitude and a beautiful, snuggly relaxation under blankets!
Our next family yoga session for 6-11 year olds will be on Saturday 29th March to celebrate Mothers Day.
